The pillow’s dimensions and low weight ensure a comfortable user experience without being bulky. Currently, it is available in multiple colors and designed primarily for adults. For children, we recommend use under supervision, depending on their age and size.

The neck pillow is made of 93% polyester and 7% elastane.
This material combination offers the perfect balance of comfort and functionality:

• Polyester (93%) ensures durability, shape retention, and a pleasant feel against the skin. It is easy to care for, quick-drying, and remains resistant to wear and tear even with frequent use.
• Elastane (7%) gives the fabric its flexibility, allowing the cover to stretch and adapt to the shape of the pillow without losing its form. The result is a smooth, snug fit that maintains its comfort even after extended use.

Yes, the cover of the neck pillow is washable.

The pillow features a removable cover that can easily be taken off using the zipper. This cover is machine washable at 30 °C (86 °F) on a gentle cycle. We recommend using a mild detergent and avoiding bleach or fabric softeners. The cover should be air-dried or tumble-dried on low heat.

Please note: The inner pillow is not machine washable. It should be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap, then left to air dry completely before use.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery. Please note that returns are only accepted if the product is in unused, original condition. For hygienic reasons, used neck pillows cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
